Spider Girl Halloween Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a good day!  The sun is shining bright and it is just a little cool here but feels good.               I am sharing another Halloween card with you. This one is a little creepy but when I saw the image (found on Google) I just had to make a Halloween card with it.
See, I told you it was a little creepy, but there is just something about it!
I wanted to keep with traditional Halloween colors. I used a spiderweb cardstock for one of the layers and punched the spiderweb boarders with my Martha Stewart edge punch.
I used metals stitched dies to cut out the image. I used Spectrum Noir Markers to color the image.
I added sparkle to the spider using my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Brush Pen. I also added a black sparkle mat and a few black gems. I added a smoky effect around the edge with black chalk.
Here is the inside of my card. I used the Martha Stewart spiderweb punch again and added a few tiny punched spiders. I free-handed the faux stitching and just a Happy Halloween sentiment.        I hope you like my creepy card.     Have a great day and thank you for stopping by!

Little Ghost and Pumpkin Pop-Up Card

Hello everyone!  I hope you are all well and enjoying the milder temperatures that Autumn brings!  I haven't been posting much because I have been so busy doing sewing projects and knitting loom projects. I have some other crafty projects in the works as well. I did manage to get some simple Halloween cards made.  This one I am posting today was a little bit more involved but when I figured out the pop-up mechanism it was very easy, and I love how it turned out!
Isn't this little ghost and pumpkin cute! I just had to add a little orange bow to the top of her head.
The background pumpkin cardstock is so that I purchased at Hobby Lobby a few years ago. I just love those tiny smiling pumpkins!
Here is the inside of my card. I love the pop-up mechanism! I used coordinating polka dot cardstock for the BOO and did some faux stitching on the BOO layers.       This card is for my grand-daughter Ruby, I think she will really enjoy it!                Well, I hope you all have a nice day and thank you for stopping by!

Magazine Cover

Hello all, I hope you are well!    I am very concerned about the hurricane that is about to hit Florida and have been glued to the weather channel!  We have been through many but this is a very, very powerful storm! Please if you are a person that prays,  pray for everyone! It is so scary!

On a much lighter note, Our daughter Amy, her husband Daryl and their daughter Ruby were on the cover of this months issue of their local magazine with an article about them! I just love the photo and I am so proud of them!
Just look at that smile on my little Ruby's face!          Thank you for stopping by and have a great day!
